摘　　要：目的了解北京部分社区老年人群高血压防治现况。方法对北京4个社区稳定服用降压药物的高血压患者进行问卷调查,记录其一般情况、原发性高血压家族史、慢性病史、药物和非药物控制情况,并测量血压。结果共调查患者1500例,回收有效问卷1249例,高血压患者血压控制率为43.3%。钙离子拮抗剂是高血压患者的首选药物,占41.1%。结论北京部分社区高血压防治工作与6年前的同类研究结果相比有改善,但与发达国家相比仍有不足。Objective To explore the hypertension control in several communities in Beijing. Methods Survey items were in- vestigated in 4 communities which covered four aspects of their basal information,history of disease,treatment condition;and mea- sure blood pressure. Results 1500 hypertension cases were surveyed. Among them, 1249 were eligible for analysis. The control rate of those who under treated was 43.3%. The most frequently used medication regime was calcium channel blocker （41.1%）. Conclu sion The control rate of hypertension within the scope of the inrestigation have been improved since 6 years,but still lower than the report from developed countries.
