摘　　要：【目的】探讨经尿道分隔法经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术（TUVP）治疗高危前列腺增生症（BPH）的安全性和有效性。【方法】应用四定点分隔法对90例高危BPH患者行TUVP。【结果】90例患者均一次性完成手术，86例患者随访1～3个月，血尿及膀胱剌激征消失或减轻，排尿良好，5例尿失禁患者经提肛训练2个月后恢复正常，3例尿道外口狭窄，行尿道扩张治愈。【结论】经尿道四定点分隔法 TUVP安全、有效，是治疗高危BP H的有效方法。[Obj ective]To explore the safety and efficacy of transurethral electro-vaporization separate re-section of prostate for the treatment of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.[Methods]Transurethral electro-vaporization separate resection of prostate was performed in 90 patients with high-risk BPH.[Results]The procedures were operated in 90 patients for one time.Of all patients,86 patients were followed up for 1～3 months.Hematuria and irritation symptoms of bladder were reduced or disappeared,and micturition was good.Five patients with urinary incontinence recovered 2 months after anal raising exercise.Three patients with urethral stricture were cured by urethral expansion.[Conclusion]Transurethral electro-vaporization sep-arate resection of prostate is safe and effective,so it is an effective method of treating high-risk BPH.
