摘 要:柴油络合脱氮技术相对于其他非加氢脱氮技术,具有反应条件温和、工艺流程简单、脱氮率及油品收率高等特点。综述了近年来国内外柴油络合脱氮的研究进展,重点介绍了π-络合吸附脱氮、离子液体脱氮及络合萃取脱氮技术的原理、研究现状及应用进展,指出了不同络合脱氮技术的特点、所存在的问题及研究方向。Compared with the hydro-denitrogenation and other denitrogenation, the complexation denitrogenation of diesel oil possesses the advantages of moderate operating conditions, simple technological process, high denitrogenation efficiency and high product yield. The denitrogenation mechanism and status of research and application in the complexation denitrogenation in recent years, including denitrogenation with π-complexation adsorbents, denitrogenation with ionic liquids and denitrogenation by complex extraction, were discussed. The advantages and problems existing in the three different complexation denitrogenation technologies were pointed out. Furthermore, the development trends of the complexation denitrogenation were proposed.
