摘  要:IEC61850是国际电工委发布的,目前为止最完善的电力自动化系统通信标准。实现基于IEC61850标准技术体系的智能化发电站也必将对我国智能电网的建设带来深远影响和变革。智能发电站建立在IEC61850协议的基础上,由电子式互感器、智能化开关及智能化二次设备等分层构建。其实现基础是设备智能化、通信网络化和通信协议统一化,核心是实现智能电气设备间信息共享和互操作。本文主要对水电站励磁系统进行分析,讨论了基于IEC61850通信标准的励磁系统IED建模,并提出适用于智能化水电站的励磁系统IEC61850标准通信的实现方法。The IEC61850 established by the International Electric Committee has been the most perfect standard for electric automation system and communication until now.The implementation of the intelligent hydropower station based on the IEC61850 will profoundly influence and reform the construction of intelligent power grid in china.The intelligent hydropower station is built by using the electronic transformer,intelligent switch,intelligent secondary equipment,etc.The intelligent hydropower station is based on the intelligent equipment,networking communication and unified communication protocol,and the key technology is to realize the information sharing and interoperation among intelligent electrical equipment.The exciter system in hydropower station is analyzed,and the IED modeling of exciter system based on the IEC61850 communication standard is discussed.The implementation method of exciter system based on IEC61850 communication standard for intelligent hydropower station is proposed.
