卵母细胞慢速冻融技术临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨慢速冷冻方法在卵母细胞冷冻保存中的应用效果。方法选择2007年12月～2012年3月郴州市第一人民医院接受卵母细胞冷冻，并于2008年4月～2012年4月进行了卵母细胞解冻，卵胞浆内单精子显微注射，胚胎移植的10例患者。对这10例患者的复苏率、受精率、临床妊娠率进行统计。结果10例患者共冷冻176枚卵母细胞，解冻后存活104枚（59．1％，104/176），对其中86枚成熟卵母细胞行卵胞浆内单精子显微注射，53枚（61．6％，53/86）正常受精，4例（40％，4/10）获得临床妊娠，均为单胎妊娠。结论慢速冷冻卵母细胞是一种简洁方便且安全的保存方法，可以获得较高的临床妊娠率。Objective To explore the clinical application of slow freeze of human oocytes .Methods The rates of survival ,fertilization and clinical pregnancy of 10 cases whose oocytes were cryopreservated from Dec .2007 to Mar .2012 and warmed from Apr .2008 to Apr .2012 were analyzed retrospectively . Results 176 oocytes were cryopreservated and 104 were survived ,the rate of survival was 59 .1% （104/176 ） ,the 86 surviving mature oo-cytes were inseminated by intracytoplasmic sperm injection and 53 were normal fertilized ,and the rate of fertiliza-tion was 61 .6% （53/86 ） .4 cases got clinical pregnancy monocyesis .Conclusion Slow freeze is an efficient meth-od for human oocyte cryopreservation that offers high rate of clincal pregnancy .
