长沙市大学生医疗保险满意度评价因素——基于270份调查问卷的实证研究

摘　　要：大学生对医疗保险制度的满意度是保证该制度健康持续发展的重要因素。以长沙市4所高校的调查数据为基础,运用单因素分析和二元Logistic回归模型对大学生满意度影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明学校对制度的宣传、校医院就医等待时间、报销比例、报销步骤以及减负程度是影响大学生医疗保险满意度的几个最主要因素。为此,学校应加大医疗保险制度的宣传力度,改善宣传效果,缩短校医院就医等待时间,进一步提高报销比例,简化报销步骤,提升大学生对该制度的满意度。College students＇ satisfaction of their medical insurance is an important factor to promote the heahhy sustainable operation of the system. Based on the questionnaires in four universities in Changsha, this paper analyzes the factors which influence college students＇ satisfaction of this system by single factor analysis and building Logistic regression model. The results show that the publicity of the system, waiting time for medical care, reimbursement proportion and procedures and degree of releasing burden are the major factors. Therefore, universities are supposed to strengthen publicity, improve the effectiveness, shorten the waiting time for treatment, raise the reimbursement proportion and simplify the reimbursement procedures in order to improve the students＇ satisfaction.
