“人才高消费”下中高等职业教育衔接的机遇和出路

摘　　要：所谓"人才高消费",是指用人单位唯学历是瞻,竞相聘用高学历劳动者的现象。它对教育尤其是对培养所谓"低学历"的职业教育无疑造成了很大的冲击,中高等职业教育在这严峻的形势下要发现机遇,以解决青年就业为导向,提高职业指导的质量,以十八大对职业教育的重视为契机,发展职业教育自身特色,找到中高等职业教育协调发展的出路。The term“talent high-consumption”refers to the phenomenon that all the enterprises are seeking to employ working staff with higher academic credentials, which exerts a dramatic impact on the graduates from secondary vocational colleges who are with so-called“lower”academic credentials. The paper contends that the way out for the secondary voca-tional education is to improve their teaching quality and perform a good link-up with the higher vocational education which is their own unique character.
