摘　　要：磁共振成像已成为临床医学诊断的重要手段,造影剂是其中重要组成部分。本文简要介绍磁共振成像造影剂的原理、分类以及当前顺磁性和超顺磁性造影剂的研究进展。Magnetic resonance imaging has become an important mean for clinical diagnosis, and the contrast agent is one of the important parts. This paper reviews the principle and classification of contrast agents, as well as the current progress in the paramagnetic and superparamagnetic contrast agents.
