摘　　要：目的:观察封闭式负压引流(VSD)联合皮肤移植术对重度手术后伤口裂开的治疗效果。方法:选取我院60例手术后重度伤口裂开患者作为研究对象,应用VSD联合皮肤移植术治疗的32例患者为观察组,应用常规引流联合皮肤移植术治疗的28例患者为对照组,比较两组治疗有效率、伤口愈合和伤口疼痛情况。结果:观察组的手术后重度伤口裂开的疗效、伤口甲级愈合率显著高于对照组;乙级愈合率、丙级愈合率、伤口愈合时间、住院时间和疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组。结论:VSD联合皮肤移植术治疗重度手术后伤口裂开疗效确切,可有效促进伤口的愈合,缓解疼痛程度,缩短病程。Objective： To observe the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with skin transplantation in the treatment of post-operation severe wound dehiscence. Methods： Sixty patients with post-operation severe wound dehiscence in our hospital were divided into an observation group（32 cases, treated with VSD combined with skin transplantation） and a control group（28 cases, treated with conventional drainage combined with skin transplantation）. The clinical efficiency and the condition of wound healing and pain were compared. Results： The clinical efficiency for the treatment of post-operation severe wound dehiscence and the first grade healing rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group while the second grade healing rate, the third healing rate, wound healing time, hospitalization time and visual analog pain scores were lower in the observation group in the control group. Conclusion： VSD combined with skin transplantation in the treatment of post-operation severe wound dehiscence has exact efficiency, which can accelerate wound healing, relieve pain and shorten the period of disease.
