含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺全合一营养液的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:评价含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液全合一营养液的配伍稳定性。方法:将含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液置室温(约25℃)下,24 h内取样检查性状、pH值、渗透压、丙氨酰谷氨酰胺含量、脂肪乳粒径分布及细菌内毒素等指标的变化。结果:含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液,24 h内脂肪乳粒径略有增大,其他指标均未见明显变化。结论:含丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的全合一营养液配伍后在24 h内稳定。Objective： To evaluate the compatible stability of all-in-one nutrient solution containing alanyl-glutamine for injection. Methods： Osmolarity, pH value, the content of alanyl-glutamine, the particle size distribution of fat emulsion and bacterial endotoxin were respectively determined after the solution was stored at room temperature for various time. Results： There were no obvious changes in all other indicators in 24 hours except the particle size of fat emulsion, which was increased slightly. Conclusion： The compatibility of this solution was stable within 24 hours.
