摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定洋参虫草胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量。方法：使用Intersil ODS-3色谱柱（4.6mm x 250 mm,5 mm）;乙腈-0.015%磷酸溶液（31∶69）为流动相;检测波长为203 nm。结果：人参皂苷Rb1在0.426～21.3mg线性关系良好（r=1.000 0）,平均加样回收率（n=5）为96.0%,RSD=1.03%,人参皂苷Rb1含量不少于0.7%。结论：本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于洋参虫草胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Yangshen Chongcao capsules. Methods： HPLC was performed by use of Intersil ODS-3 column（4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 mm） with acetonitrile-0.015% phosphoric acid（31：69） as mobile phase and detection wavelength of 203 nm. Results： The standard curve of ginsenoside Rb1 was linear over the range of 0.426～21.3 mg（r=1.000 0）. The average recovery rate（n=5） was 96.0% with RSD 1.03%. The content of ginsenoside Rb1 was not less than 0.7%. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Yangshen Chongcao capsule.
