罗红霉素胶囊中水分测定方法的考察

摘　　要：目的建立罗红霉素胶囊水分测定的方法。方法通过比较费休氏法和干燥失重法按中国药典方法测定样品中水分。结果两种方法测定结果基本一致,费休氏法平均回收率99.87%,RSD为0.24%。结论费休氏法更简便快速,定量准确,可作为罗红霉素胶囊水分测定方法。OBJECTIVE To Establish a method for determining the moisture content in Roxithromycin Capsules. METHODS The moisture was determined by comparing loss on drying and Fischer＇s method according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. RESULTS The determination results of the two methods were basically same,the average recovery of Fisher＇s method was 99. 87% with RSD of 0. 24%. CONCLUSION The Fischer＇s method is more simple,fast,accurate,which is suitable for the determination of water in Roxithromycin Capsules.
