摘 要:蜂窝结构具有良好的吸能特性。将蜂窝结构作为夹层,研究复合靶板在爆炸载荷下的变形以及能量吸收特性。采用数值模拟方法对比分析了在相同爆炸载荷下蜂窝横向放置、纵向放置以及在这两种蜂窝内填充橡胶等四种不同夹层结构的复合靶板的变形以及吸能特性。结果发现:不同蜂窝夹层复合靶板变形以及吸能特性各不相同。蜂窝纵向放置时复合靶板各部分变形显著、吸能比例较为平均,而横向放置时复合靶板主要以面板的大变形来吸收能量。在蜂窝内填充橡胶会影响蜂窝以及复合靶板的吸能能力。填充橡胶的横向放置的蜂窝复合靶板吸能能力最好且具有较小的变形。Honeycomb structure has good energy absorption properties. The interlayer of the composite target plate in this article is made of honeycomb structure. Deformation and energy absorbing properties of the composite target plate under explosive loading are concentrated in this article. Numerical simulation method was adopted to contrast and analyze the difference of four kinds of composite target plate whose interlayer is composed of horizontally placed honeycomb, vertically placed honeycomb and filling rubber in the cellular of honeycomb under the same explosion loading. Results show that different honeycomb sandwich composite target plate has different energy absorption proper- ties. When the honeycomb is placed vertically, the deformation and energy distribution of composite target plate are mean. While placed horizontally, the composite target plate absorbs energy by large deformation of the front panel. Filling rubber in the cellular of honeycomb will impact the energy absorption of the honeycomb and the whole composite target plate. Filling rubber in composite target plate of horizon- tally placed honeycomb has the best energy absorption capacity and smaller deformation.
