基于受偿意愿法的生命价值评估的数学模型研究

摘　　要：对我国风险行业工人生命价值进行合理评估,是对工人人身安全的一种保护。生命价值的支付意愿为健康和安全管制决策提供了真实的成本收益信息。在健康和安全管制课题中,生命价值的支付意愿具有多重含义,分别与保障生命价值的社会成本、个人降低生命安全风险的支付意愿以及人寿保险的支付意愿相对应。文章分析和论述了生命价值支付意愿的理论层次,以此为基础,从支付意愿法的受偿意愿法的角度入手,利用多元回归模型,对我国风险行业工人的生命价值进行评估,对结论进行了分析,从而得出生命价值评估结果与受教育程度、收入水平的影响因素呈显著正相关,并对制定科学的管制目标、建立安全生产基金制度和完善工伤保险制度提出了政策建议。Carries out reasonable evaluation for workers′ life value in risky industry, it is a kind ofprotection for workers′ safety. Willingness to pay of life value provides the real cost-benefit informa-tion for health and safety management. In the subjects of health and safety management, the willing-ness to pay of life value has multiple meanings, which are corresponding with social cost of life valueensurance, willingness to pay of reducing life risk and willingness to pay of life insurance. Analysesthe theory levels of willingness to pay of life value, and on this base, starts from willingness to acceptangle, uses multiple regression model, to evaluate the life value of workers in risky industry, and anal-yses the results, obtains the conclusions that the life value evaluation is significant positive correla-tion with education level and income level, proposes the suggestions for scientific management, sys-tem of safety production fund, insurance of work-related injury.
