应用Herbert螺钉治疗36例内踝骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用Herbert螺钉治疗内踝骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月至2013年8月骨科住院的内踝骨折患者38例,使用Herbert螺钉治疗,术后随访3～6个月,根据美国足踝外科学会（AOFAS）评分标准进行疗效评价。结果36例完成研究,失访2例,其中优25例,良8例,可3例,优良率为91.67%。结论Herbert螺钉治疗内踝骨折疗效良好,为治疗内踝骨折提供了一种新的内固定选择方式,值得推广。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application effect of the Herbert screw for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture.MethodsSelects 38 cases of Herbert screw for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture from July 2011 to August 2013 in orthopedics department in the affiliated hospital of Jianghan University,patients were followed up for 3-6 months,according to the American Society for Ankle Surgery（AOFAS）score standard for curative effect evaluation.ResultsFinally 36 patients completed the study,2 cases missed,there were 25 excellent,8 well,3 satisfaction,good rate 91. 67%.ConclusionHerbert screw for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture has achieved good effect,for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture,it provides a new choice and it is worthy for popularizing.
