黛力新联合匹维溴胺双歧三联活菌治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对匹维溴胺、双歧三联活菌治疗肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）效果不佳的患者,加用黛力新联合治疗的疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2013年7月在消化内科门诊就诊的180例IBS患者,给予匹维溴铵、双歧三联活菌治疗4周,对于治疗效果不佳的患者再随机分为继续匹维溴铵、双歧三联活菌常规治疗组和黛力新联合匹维溴铵、双歧三联活菌联合治疗组,比较两组之间症状改善情况和治疗有效率。结果 180例IBS患者,经匹维溴铵、双歧三联活菌治疗4周后,有68例患者治疗效果不佳,随即进入治疗的第二阶段,其中34例患者继续常规治疗4周后有效率为20.6%;另34例患者加用黛力新联合治疗4周后有效率为70.6%,组间差距有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于常规药物治疗不佳的IBS患者,黛力新联合匹维溴铵、双岐三联活菌治疗是有效的方法,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Deanxit and pinaverium bromide bifid triple viable on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 180 patients with irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）were enrolled.The patients of IBS were given Bifid Triple Viable Capsules and Pinaverium Bromide Tablets for 4 weeks.If the symptoms were not relieved,the patients were given Bifid Triple Viable Capsules and Pinaverium Bromide Tablets for another 4 weeks.Other patients received Deanxit with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules and Pinaverium Bromide Tablets for 4 weeks.Results 180 patients of irritable bowel syndrome were give Bifid Triple Viable Capsules and Pinaverium Bromide Tablets.There are 68 patients with less effect.34 patients with Conventional treatment for 4 weeks,the effectiveness rate of was 20.6%.The other 34 patients with Deanxit,whose effectiveness rate was 70.6%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Deanxit with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules,Pinaverium Bromide Tablets is effective for poor therapeutic effect of irritable bowel syndrome.
