摘　　要：从信任积累行为的角度分析产学知识联盟,并用博弈论的方法讨论信任的积累行为。针对分析结果,从信息的沟通、目标的制定和联盟的管理等方面对产学知识联盟的实施提出建议,以维持并发展产学联盟,创造更大效益。From the perspective of the accumulation of trust behavior,the paper studied a particu-lar union organization：the production-knowledge alliance,using the method of game theory to discuss the accumulation of trust behavior.According to the results of the analysis,from the per-spectives of information communication,goal setting,and alliance management,the paper finally put forward some suggestions on the implementation of the production-knowledge alliance,in or-der to maintain production alliance to develop and create more social benefits.
