摘  要:悬浮聚合是经典的高分子化学合成的实施方法之一,通过悬浮聚合得到的产品在许多领域都有着广泛的应用,尤其是离子交换树脂和油墨等行业。文中利用简化的悬浮聚合方法,将多种颜料包覆在聚苯乙烯微珠内,并通过多种显微镜对微珠的形貌进行了分析,发现在不改变其他条件的情况下,颜料的溶解性和加入量对微珠的形貌和颜料的包覆程度至关重要。这种多彩微珠在彩色显示和聚合物调色剂等领域有着广泛的应用。该方法也适合于实验教学中对经典悬浮聚合的教学改革。Suspension polymerization is one of implementation method among classic polymer chemistry synthesis. Products obtained through suspension polymerization have a wide range of applications in many fields,especially for ion exchange resin and printing industry. In this paper,by means of simplified suspension polymerization method,varieties of pigments are coated into polystyrene microbeads. The morphologies of microbeads are analyzed through several microscopes. Study shows that solubility and adding amount of pigment have a very important effect on microbeads morphology and coated degree of pigment when other conditions are constant. These colored microbeads have a wide application in display and polymer toner fields,and the method is suitable for teaching reform of classical suspension polymerization in experimental teaching.
