摘 要:光电组件用粘结剂应具有较高的强度和一定的抗冲击柔性,常用的环氧树脂粘结剂具有极高的强度,但缺乏柔性,硬度太高(一般大于90 ShoreD),尤其在低温下易碎裂。以端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对环氧树脂改性的研究结果表明,当CTBN含量为20时,共聚物的断裂伸长率高达90.63,抗冲击强度达到59.5 kJ/m2,拉伸强度达到29.0 MPa,杨氏模量达到372 MPa,环氧树脂的韧性得到明显提高,可满足光电组件的应用要求。There must be high strength and shock resistance in adhesive,which was used on optoelectronic component. Epoxy resin is usually used as the adhesives,but it is easily broken especially in low temperature because of its high rigidity,which is greater than 90ShoreD in common. In this study,epoxy resin was mixed with carboxyl-terminated butadieneacrylonitrile copolymer( CTBN) to improve epoxy resins toughness. When there was 20 CTBN in epoxy resin,the elongation at breakeven was 90. 63,the impact strength was 59. 5 kJ /m2,the tensile strength was29.0MPa,and the Young modulus was372MPa. The toughness of epoxy resin is obviously improved that it can meet the application requirements of optoelectronic components.
