摘 要:试验旨在研究超长种鸭舍不同季节纵向不同距离室内空气环境因子、细菌气溶胶和有害气体浓度的变化及其与生产性能的关系。在离进风口0、30、60、90、120m处检测空气流速、温度、湿度、NH3和CO2、气载总菌浓度、气载金黄色葡萄球菌浓度、气载大肠杆菌浓度和气载沙门氏菌浓度以及种鸭产蛋率、受精率和孵化率。结果表明,离进风口越远气载总菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、氨气和二氧化碳浓度逐渐上升(P<0.01);离进风口不同距离对种鸭产蛋率、受精率和孵化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明目前行业应用纵长120m的种鸭舍可以良好控制其舍内环境并使种鸭发挥良好的生产性能,具有在生产中推广的价值。This study aims to investigate the changing patterns of environmental quality oi breeder duck hou- ses, in terms of air environmental factors, air born bacteria, and their impacts on duck production performances. Within a 120 m long duck house, air flow velocity, temperature, relative humidity, ammonia and carbon dioxide concentrations, air born bacteria counts of total bacterial, E. coli, S. aureus, Salmonella and Shigella, were deter- mined at various distances of 0 m, 30 m , 60 m, 90 m, and 120 m from air inlet, together with duck laying rate, egg fertility and hatchability. The results showed that counts of total bacteria,E, coli, S. aureus, Salmonella and Shigella, and ammonia and carbon dioxide concentrations in the air far from the air inlet all showed an increasing pattern (P〉0.01). Difference distance from air inlet resulted in significant difference on egg laying rate, fertility rate and hatchability rate (P〈0.05). These results indicate that the present 120 m breeder duck house can control the indoor environment and facilitate the ducks' good production performance, which has the merit of being extend- ed in modern duck production.
