项目管理在城市测绘部门中的应用探讨

摘　　要：测绘与地理信息服务需求的重大变化对城市测绘部门的生产服务管理能力提出了更高要求。本文分析了数字化测绘体系阶段形成的测绘生产服务管理模式存在的问题,阐述了"项目管理"的管理理念,提出了城市测绘部门在推行项目管理时所需考虑的问题以及开展的工作内容。The demand change of the surveying , mapping and geoinformation service requires the urban surveying and mapping department having the high level ability to manage the produce and service of the surveying ,mapping and geoinformation .This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the management model formed during the digital surveying and mapping system period ,and summarizes the thought of the project management ,and discuses the problems need to resolve and the method .
