加速康复与传统外科护理在腹腔镜下胃癌根治术围术期的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期加速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法将兰州军区兰州总医院2011年2月～2013年2月收治的214例行胃癌根治术的患者分为加速康复组和传统护理组,每组各107例。加速康复组严格按加速康复护理办法,传统护理组采用传统护理办法。观察两组患者术后胃肠道恢复时间、静脉输液时间、术后VAS评分、术后体重变化、术后并发症、总住院日、住院费用等指标。结果两组术后胃肠道恢复时间、静脉输液时间、术后VAS评分、术后体重变化、总住院日、住院费用的比较,差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而术后并发症的比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期的应用,可促进患者术后恢复速度,增强手术耐受力,减少住院时间及费用,是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the application effect of laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer during perioperation period by accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing. Methods From February 2011 to February 2013 in Army Genera Hospital in Lanzhou, 214 patients with gastric cancer were divided into accelerated rehabilitation group and traditional nursing group, 107 cases in each group. The accelerated rehabilitation group were given accelerated rehabilitation nursing measures, the traditional nursing group were given traditional nursing measures. The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, intravenous infusion time, postoperative VAS score, postoperative body weight changes,postoperative complications, hospital stay time, cost of hospitalization of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, intravenous infusion time, postoperative VAS score, postoperative body weight changes, hospital stay time, cost of hospitalization of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; while postoperative complications of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of accelerating rehabilitation surgical nursing in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer during perioperation period can promote patients recovery rate, enhanced tolerance to operation, reduce hospitalization time and cost, is safe and feasible.
