摘　　要：为调查吉林省候鸟迁徙路线中野禽类携带新城疫病毒情况,对吉林省七个地区野禽新鲜环境样品或泄殖腔拭子进行样品采集。对采集的821样品进行新城疫病毒携带的检测,其中有32份阳性样品,阳性分离率为3.9%。经GenBank序列比对32株均为弱毒ClassⅠ群基因3型。本次对吉林省新城野禽携带新城疫病毒调查结果中未见新城疫强毒株。To investigate the Newcastle disease virus carried by wildfowl during migratory routes, fresh environmental samples or cloacal swabs in seven areas of Jilin province were col-lected. Thirty-two samples were positive in 821 samples detected for NDV, with the positive isola-tion rate of 3.9 percent. These 32 isolates all belonged to genotype 3 of ClassⅠ group according to blast results of GeneBank. No Virulent NDV strains were detected in this epidemiological inves-tigation.
