穴位贴敷配合健乳灵方治疗冲任不调型乳腺增生的效果与护理

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷配合健乳灵方治疗冲任不调型乳腺增生患者的效果及护理。方法选择2011年5月～2013年5月广州医科大学附属第一医院中医科收治的不调型乳腺增生患者62例为研究对象。所有患者均给予穴位贴敷配合健乳灵方治疗,同时给予穴位贴敷护理和饮食护理加以心理护理干预。观察患者治疗前后性激素水平、乳腺增生疼痛、肿块大小、硬度的变化情况。结果治疗后,患者雌二醇[（121.66±0.25）ng/L]、垂体催乳素[（17.70±9.93）μg/L]水平均低于治疗前[（150.21±0.29）ng/L、（25.11±10.97）μg/L],孕激素[（18.37±7.75）μg/L]较治疗前[（12.25±6.05）μg/L]回升,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,乳腺增生疼痛明显缓解,肿块缩小,硬度降低。结论穴位贴敷配合健乳灵方治疗冲任不调型乳腺增生可以改善患者的内分泌水平,缓解疼痛,缩小肿块大小和硬度,促进患者恢复健康。Objective To observe the effect of point application therapy and Jianruling Decoction on breast hyperplasia patients with syndrome of imbalance of Chong-Ren meridian. Methods 62 cases of breast hyperplasia patients with syndrome of imbalance of Chong-Ren meridian from May 2011 to May 2013 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as study objects. They were treated with point application therapy and Jianruling Decoction, acupoint sticking nursing, diet nursing and mental nursing. The levels of sex hormone, pain degree, lump size and hardness were observed before and after treatment. Results The levels E2and PRL after treatment[（121.66±0.25） ng/L,（17.70±9.93） μg/L] were lower than those before treatment [（150.21±0.29） ng/L,（25.11±10.97） μg/L],progestogen [（18.37±7.75） μg/L] was increased compared with that before treatment [（12.25±6.05） μg/L], the differences were statistically significant（all P 0.05）. Pain was relieved, lump size was shrinked and lump hardness was declined after taking treatment as well. Conclusion Point application therapy and Jianruling decoction have the effect of regulating the level of endocrines, relieving pain, declining the size and hardness of the lump, and promte health recovery on breast hyperplasia patients with syndrome of imbalance of Chong-Ren meridian.
