摘　　要：目的分析临床康复护理对重症病毒性脑炎患儿的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年3月～2012年3月内蒙古医科大学附属医院住院治疗的重症病毒性脑炎患儿120例的临床资料,采用数字表法将其随机分成观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。给予对照组患儿促进脑功能药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予临床康复护理。分析比较两组患儿的疗效、预后及后遗症情况。结果治疗后,观察组56例预后良好,1例遗留下肢运动障碍,优良率为93.3%（56/60）,显著高于对照组的80.0%（48/60）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组中无一例留下癫痫后遗症,显著少于对照组（4例）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于重症病毒性脑炎患儿,若是可以在给予药物治疗的前提下进行康复护理,可显著提高临床疗效,并有利于提高患者的预后质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical rehabilitation nursing for severe viral encephalitis in children. Methods Clinical data of 120 children with severe viral ncephalitis from March 2010 to March 2012 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. The figures were randomly divided into observation group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases） according to the digital table method. Children in the control group were given the drug treatment of promoting brain function, and those children in the observation group were given the clinical rehabilitation nursing in addition. The curative effect, prognosis, and sequela of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were 56 cases had a good prognosis, 1 case of left lower limb movement disorder in the observa tion group after treatment, the good rate was 93.3%（56/60）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group[80.0%（48/60）], the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. There was no child with epilepsy in the observation group, which was significantly less than that in the control group（4 cases）, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out rehabilitation care at the basis of drug treatment in children with severe viral encephalitis can improve the clinical efficacy significantly, and can improve the prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
