摘　　要：本文从高校二级管理模式下学生资助管理工作的现状出发,剖析目前资助工作存在的问题,探讨解决问题的对策,并力图构建基于绩效考评的学生资助二级管理体系。Based on the present situation of the secondary management mode of the student financial assistance in the colleges, this paper analyzes the current problems and discusses the countermeasures, and tries to build the secondary management mode of the student financial assistance based on performance appraisal.
