摘　　要：结合国内外客车车辆段轮对检修和管理模式现状,针对成都车辆段轮对检修车间特点,设计了轮对检修质量安全监控平台,并对监控平台系统架构、功能定位及其软硬件系统的搭建进行了详细的说明。监控平台初步实现了成都车辆段轮对检修车间的实时检修信息电子化管理。Based on the present situations of wheelset maintenance and management mode in railway passenger train depot at home and abroad, a monitoring platform is designed for the wheelset maintenance workshop in Chengdu railway depot. Platform system architecture, function orientation and the construction of the hardware and software system are described in detail. Elec- tronic management of wheetset maintenance informations in real time for the workshop is realized by the plaform.
