摘  要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)联合检测对2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的临床意义。方法选取100例2型糖尿病患者,依据患者肾功能指标(尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸)正常与否,将其分为非临床DN组(A组)61例、临床DN组(B组)39例,选取健康体检者40例作为对照组,对选取样本进行HbA1c、U-mAlb检测。结果 A、B组U-mAlb、HbA1c指标与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组U-mAlb、HbA1c指标与A相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HbA1c和U-mAlb两者联合检测对DN的早期诊断、治疗和病情监测具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and microalbuminuria(U-mAlb) combined detection in early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. MethodsAccording to whether patients' renal function indexes(urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid) were normal or not, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into early no-clinical DN group(group A) 61 cases, clinical DN group(group B) 39 cases. The test of HbA1 c and U-mAlb were measured in 100 type 2 diabetes patients and 40 healthy individuals, then compared among three groups. Results The results of HbA1 c and U-mAlb in diabetic group were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05). The HbA1 c and U-mAlb in group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of HbA1 c and U-mAlb inpatients with type 2 diabetes has important clinical value for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
