摘　　要：不锈钢是不锈耐酸钢的简称,它耐化学介质腐蚀,且耐空气、蒸汽、水等弱腐蚀介质,具有不锈性。在数控车床加工中不锈钢材料因为韧性大、热强度高、导热系数低、切削时塑性变形大,存在加工硬化严峻、切削热多等难题,对车刀综合性能要求较高。Acid resistant stainless steel is stainless steel, it has corrosion resistance, and resistance air, steam, water and the weak corrosive medium, with a stainless steel.In NC lathe machining stainless steel material for toughness, high thermal strength,low thermal conductivity,cutting large plastic deformation,work hardening exists serious,cutting heat and other problems,the higher requirement for the comprehensive performance of latheturning tool.
