双丹胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究双丹胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将52例冠心病患者分成两组,每组26例,实验组予双丹胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,比较并观察两组患者治疗后所取得的临床效果。结果两组患者经治疗后,实验组总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组总有效率(61.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组心血管事件发生率(3.85%)明显低于对照组心血管事件发生率(30.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗3个月后,实验组复发率(3.85%)明显低于对照组复发率(19.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双丹胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病,可以有效控制患者的症状,并使疗效长时间保持,减少了不良反应的发生及复发,安全可靠,在临床上可以广泛运用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of double capsule combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Divided 52 patients with coronary heart disease into two equal groups by random number table method, 26 patients in each group, the experimental group was treated with combination of double capsule and rosuvastatin calcium tablets, control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, compared and observed the clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group（92.31%） was significantly higher than the control group（61.54%）, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Incidence of cardioascular in experimental（3.85%） was significantly lower than the control group（30.77%）, it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After three months of treatment, the recurrence rate of experimental group（3.85%） was significantly lower than the control group（19.23%）, it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease, double capsule combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets can control the patient＇s symptoms effectively, keep the curative effect for a long time, and reduce the occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions safely, so it can be widely promoted and used in clinic.
