摘 要:与深化公务员分类改革相适应,推进公务员录用考试分类分级是当前完善我国公务员录用制度的迫切之举。实行分类分级考试既是公务员录用的本质要求,也是各国公务员录用考试的普遍做法。无论就制度设定而论,还是从实践层面来说,推进分级分类都是完善我国公务员录用考试的基本取向。本文提出,当前推进我国公务员录用考试分级应当着力于构建公务员分类分级录用考试总体框架,确定分类分级录用考试测查要素与标准体系,形成分类分级录用考试方式体系和优化公务员录用考试组织管理体系。It is urgent to prompt the rating classification in civil service recruitment examination which is necessary for a perfecting civil - service employment system and is also adapt to civil service classification reforrn. To carry out the rating classification in examination is essential for the civil service recruitment and has been already in common use all over the world. Both in institutional and practice level, the rating classification should be the abject of the Chinese civil service recruitment examination. How to prompt the rating classification in the civil service recruitment examination ? This article suggests that we should endeavor to establish a general frame for the rating classification and define the test elements and standard system in the rating classification examination. It is also important to systematize the way of the rating classification and optimize the management system in civil service recruitment examination.
