健全和完善普通高校国防教育体系的思考

摘　　要：加强高校国防教育是国防后备力量建设的重要渠道,是我国必须始终坚持贯彻的基本国策。目前,高校国防教育的教育机制还不够完善,特别是对高校国防教育的支持和投入力度还有待进一步提升。鉴此,应重点在做好顶层设计、加强军民融合、健全保障机制等三个方面下功夫,加快构建完善符合我国国情的高校国防教育体系,提升国防教育质量效益。普通高校的国防教育需要得到政府相关部门以及社会各界的大力支持,特别是在组织协调、经费投入和政策支持上给予大力保障。Strengthening national defense education of general colleges and universities is an important channel for reserve forces building for national defense, and is the basic state policy that must be always insisted and implemented in our country. Currently, national defense education mechanism of general colleges and universities is imperfect, support and investment need to increase further. In this regard, to speed up the building national defense education system that con- forming to the situation of our country and promote its quality and benefit, three aspects should be the key emphases in work, that are, perfecting the top-level design, strengthening the military and civilian integration and improving the guarantee mechanism. This kind of education needs the support from the governments and the society, especially the organization and coordination, finance support and policies support.
