摘　　要：甘肃省大中型水库的历史变迁所导致的移民迁徙、补偿与开发的问题,是制约甘肃省移民经济可持续发展的瓶颈。文章紧扣库区移民"生产生活"和"经济可持续发展"两大主线,通过座谈、问卷调查方法了解库区移民生产生活以及经济发展的现状,运用SPSS16.0统计软件进行数据处理,发现库区教育水平有限、人力资本质量低下、医疗卫生条件不好、金融生态环境较差以及环境破坏污染问题严重等一系列问题,并根据问题提出了相应的解决对策。The problems of the migration, compensation and development, which result from the historical change in Gansu＇s large and medium-sized reservoirs area, is the bottleneck of restricting immigrants＇ economy sustainable development. This study follows the reservoir migrants ＂production and living＂ and ＂economic sustainable development＂, through the method of discussion, questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of production and living, and economic development in reservoirs area, using SPSS16.0 statistical software for data processing. The result showed that the reservoirs area＇s education level is limited, low quality of human capital, bad medical and health condition, poor financial ecological environment, environmental pollution is serious and so on, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems.
