摘　　要：资源基础观认为,企业竞争优势源自企业所控制的资源或能力的异质性。文章把资源基础观拓展到产业链竞争框架下,从微观治理视角分析产业链竞争优势的内涵和源泉。产业链竞争是通过选择产业链治理结构,不断扩展产业链分工程度,引领产业链上各企业持续寻找和占领新利润增长点为目标,最终形成产业链整体竞争力的动态竞争行为。产业链竞争优势在于企业应对环境变化设计合适的产业链组织模式来协调、保护和控制多主体共同参与的交易行为,以确保企业在市场中获得优越的经济绩效。由于市场摩擦表现形式的多样性,不同企业在应对市场摩擦时采取多样性的治理机制,它们构成了产业链竞争优势的不同源泉。RBV contends that the source of competitive advantage is stemmed from heterogeneity of firm＇s resources or capabilities. The paper expands the RBV to the frame of industrial chain competitive （ICC）, and explores the concepts and sources of competitive advantage of industrial chain from the perspective of micro-governance. ICC is a kind of competition between chain and chain, whose advantages lies in choose efficient governance mechanism adapting to changing environments, that＇s say, designating organization model to coordinating, guarding and controlling the transactions action involved by multi-agents in a bid to assure higher economic performances. As the varieties of market frictions, different finns exploit heterogeneous governance mechanisms, which form the sources of competitive advantage of industrial chain.
