摘　　要：明确中国建构新政治经济学的实质是重构马克思主义政治经济学,具有确定坐标系的定位意义。这是中国人民基于倍受推崇的西方经济学自身发展的局限性和当代尴尬境遇,并总结中国建设的实践经验基础上的理性的最优选择,是深度推进马克思的政治经济学中国化进程和对其内核剩余价值和劳动价值论的继承和创新;这是对马克思主义政治经济学的创造性发展,理论上适应"世情""国情"的与时俱进,对其历史遗产进行时代新采掘,并实现语言范式契合时代特点和中国人民受众心理的精确转换;这是在哲学、经济学、政治学等学科联动背景下以"现实经济人"为前提,构建"社会主义市场经济制度"为核心,理顺"政府与市场关系"为重要内容,旨在增益人民幸福写就的《中国国富论》。The essence of constructing the new political economics is to reconstruct Marxist political economics, which has thepositioning significance of confirming the coordinate system. This is the rational optimal choice of Chinese people based onthe limitations of their own development and the contemporary dilemma of highly respected western economics, and theexperience of China＇s construction, and the deeply boost the sinicization of Marxist political economics and the inheritance andinnovation of its kernel surplus value and labor value theory. This is the creative development of Marxist political economics,in theory it adapts with the ＂national conditions＂ and keeps pace with times, we should conduct times new mining on itshistorical heritage, and implement precision transformations of language paradigm agree with era characteristics and China＇saudience psychology. This is ＂the wealth of nations in China＂ based on the background of philosophy, economics, politicalscience and other disciplines linkage on the premise of ＂economic man＂ reality, build the ＂socialist market economy system＂as the core, straighten out the ＂relationship between government and market＂ as the important content, and is designed togain people＇s happiness.
