摘 要:在不同的温度、多羟基化合物(乙二醇、丙酸醇、丁四醇、戊五醇、糊精、L-谷氨酸、甘氨酸)与水的体积比、尿素-氯化钙的质量比等实验条件下,通过尿素热分解缓慢释放碳酸根离子获得了不同结构和形貌的钙的碳酸盐.X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,不同碳酸盐形貌和结构的形成与多羟基化合物的种类和实验条件密切相关.多羟基化合物在水溶液中缔和作用对不同结构碳酸盐的形成起到了关键作用.本研究对于研究多羟基化合物以氢键在水溶液中的缔和形成聚集体为模板合成不同形貌和结构的碳酸盐具有重要意义,为微纳机电系统的特殊形态和结构器件的自组装提供了一条有效的研究路径.Different structural calcium carbonate precipitations of micron dimensional (50 pax) were ob-tained through thermal decomposition of urea in polyhydroxy compound solutions containing calcium chlo-rides (CaCl2·2H2O), under different experimental conditions, by controlling temperature, volumetric ra-tio of polyhydroxy compound (glycol, propanetriol, tetrahydroxy alcohol, pentitol, dextrin, L-glutamicacid, and glycine acid) to water and concentration ratio of calcium chloride to urea. The X-ray powderdiffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that the morphology and struc-ture of calcium carbonate were predominantly influenced by the type of polyhydroxy compound and experi-mental conditions. The association of polyhydroxy compound in water may play an important role in themorphology of calcium carbonate. This study highlights the importance of the aggregates of polyhydroxycompound associated by hydrogen bond as templates of the crystal growth of architecture calcium carbon-ate precipitation in solutions. The results provide an effective research route for the specific structural, morphological self-assembly for the devices of micro-nano electrical mechanical system.
