消糜阴道泡腾片联合达克宁栓治疗阴道炎180例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消糜阴道泡腾片联合达克宁栓治疗各种阴道炎的临床疗效。方法医院妇科门诊患者240例,随机分为受试组与对照组,受试组180例,外用消糜阴道泡腾片与达克宁栓,两药交替使用,连续10 d;对照组60例,单用达克宁栓,隔天使用一粒,比较两组患者给药前后自觉症状、体征、阴道分泌物涂片培养情况,停药后随访两周,比较两组复发率。结果受试组对于细菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎的有效率显著高于对照组,而且受试组患者的复发率显著低于对照组。结论消糜阴道泡腾片联合达克宁栓治疗各种阴道炎的临床疗效确切,副作用小,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with Miconazole Suppositories in the treatment of all kinds of vaginitis.Methods 240 cases of gynecological outpatients come from Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,180 cases in experimental group,all the patients use Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets and Miconazole Suppositories externally,two kinds of drugs alternate by 10 days; and 60 cases in control group,all the patients use Miconazole Suppositories alone,they use one pill of the drug every other day.Compared with the symptoms,signs,vaginal secretions culture before and after administration in two groups,patients were followed up for two weeks after drug withdrawal,comparison of two groups in recurrence rate.Results The effective rate of bacterial vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Clinical curative effect in the treatment of various vaginitis by Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with Miconazole Suppositories was exactly,the side effect was small,and the recurrence rate was low,which was worth the clinical promotion.
