温针透刺结合推拿治疗中老年膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价温针透刺结合推拿治疗中老年膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效,为推广应用中医诊疗技术提供依据。方法选择KOA患者共计300例,随机分为研究组(n=150)和对照组(n=150),比较两组膝部疼痛指数、膝部功能指数、中医证候指数及总有效率。结果研究组膝部疼痛指数、膝部功能指数、中医证候指数改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),且显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针透刺结合推拿治疗KOA,疗效确切,操作简便,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of warm acupuncture plus massage in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis （KOA）, and to provide an evidence for spreading the traditional Chinese medicine treatment technology. Methods Three hundreds KOA patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=150） and control group （n=150）. The index of knee pain, knee function, symptom and total effective rate among the two groups were compared. Results The index of knee pain, knee fimction, symptom and sign in experimental group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ visible effects in experimental group were more than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The warm acupuncture plus massage in the treatment of KOA has a very significant effect. It is worthy for clinical application.
