摘　　要：目的:研制一种可根据急救实际需求、快速组合、配套及特定的医疗装备新型急救背囊。方法:将病种导向理念引入前出急救模式中,优化前出模式,并设计与之相适应的新型急救背囊。结果:新型急救背囊携带方便,展开、收拢快捷,能够显著减轻医务人员的劳动强度。结论:病种导向急救背囊指向性强,携行便利,功能全面,能够满足院前急救、突发紧急医疗救援以及野战救护时对急危重症患者快速医疗救治的实际需求。Objective： To develop a novel portable first aid package which can fast piece together and form a complete set specific medical equipment according to actual demands. Methods： To optimize forward first-aid modes and design the package by the idea of diseases guide. Results： The package is easy to carry and it can significantly reduce the medical staff labor intensity. Conclusion：The package has the characteristics of accurate diseases directivity, high portability and extensive function, so it can be used for pre-hospital first aid, emergency medical rescue and field medical rescue.
