摘　　要：目的探讨基于患者安全目标的医疗机构药品风险管理体系构建。方法分析患者身份识别、高危及相似药品使用、药品安全(不良)事件报告、医护人员的有效沟通、患者参与医疗安全活动等患者安全目标与药品管理政策和临床应用管理实践。结果与结论医疗机构药品风险管理体系构建是医疗质量管理的重要内容,是实现患者安全目标与临床合理用药的基本要求。Objective To explore the construction of medicine risk management system in medical institutions, based on patient safety objective. Methods The effect of medicine management policies, clinical application management practices, and patient safety objective, such as patient identity recognition, the use of high risk drugs or similar medicine, the report of drug safety event （adverse event）, the effective communication among medical staff, and patient＇s participation in medical safety activities were analyzed. Results arid Conclusion The construction of medicine risk management system in medical institutions is an important part of medical quality management, and is a basic requirement to achieve the objectives of patient safety and rational drug use.
