摘 要:目的观察养胃颗粒对大鼠脏器的毒性及毒性程度。方法将SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组(给予等量0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠)、3个剂量(69.0,34.5,6.9g·kg-1)养胃颗粒组,每天1次,连续灌胃给药90 d。停药后,测定脏器系数,透射电镜下观察超微结构的变化。结果给药期间,部分脏器系数有微小变化;停药后,上述异常变化指标均恢复正常。给药期及恢复期,经重要脏器病理组织检查,均未发现明显异常。结论养胃颗粒对大鼠主要脏器未见明显毒性反应,长期服用安全。Objective To study the toxicity and toxicity degree of Yang-wei granules in rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.Bland control group ( was given same bulk of 0.3%CMC-Na ) , three doses of ( 69.0 , 34.5 , 6.9 g · kg -1 ) Yangwei granules groups , daily for up to 90 d, respectively.After the withdrawal of the drug ,the viscera coefficients were calculated.The changes of ultrastructures were detected with transmission electron microscope.Results The part coeffi-cients of organ were abnormal during administration phase.The rats were examined after the cessation of Yangwei granules , the abnormal changes of coefficient were completely recovered. There had no obvious abnormality for the important organ pathology examination during the drugs given and after administration.Conclusion Yangwei granules had no obvious toxicity in rats of main visceral for long -term administration.
