摘　　要：在上海建立自由贸易区的背景下,为更好发挥自贸区先行先试的作用,运用SWOT理论方法,对自贸区内施行金融制度创新——利率市场化进行相关的理论分析。提出采取渐进式改革措施,通过金融创新发展金融市场,在自贸区内设置存款保险制度,建立资金监管机制,建立健全金融机构的自律性竞争体系等建议,为上海自贸区利率市场化实践提供参考。In order to make full use of the instructive effect of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, this paper uses the analysis method of SWOT to analyze the implementation of financial institutional innovation-the marketization of interest rate. For the successful practice of the marketization of interest rate in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, it gives some reference advices such as using the gradual reform measures,developing the financial market though financial innovations, establishing the system of deposit insutance, setting up funds supervision mechanisms, establishing and improving the self - discipline competitive system of financial institutions and so on.
