摘　　要：急性阑尾炎居外科各种急腹症的首位,阑尾炎手术是外科常见急诊手术。腹腔镜技术已经广泛应用于外科领域,该项技术具有微创、直观显示组织结构、保留影像资料等教学优势。腹腔镜阑尾炎手术在临床上已经普遍开展,且技术日臻成熟。对见习和实习阶段的学员进行腹腔镜阑尾炎手术教学,有助于巩固基础知识,培养手术操作能力,提高学习成效。The incidence of the acute appendicitis stand first on the list of surgical acute abdominal diseases. Appendectomy is also common in emergency surgery. Laparoscopic technology has been widely used in the fields of general surgery. It is a technique known as minimally invasive which can record videos and make the organizational structure more distinguishable. The use of laparoscope in the appendectomy teaching is conducive to consolidating the basic knowledge, training the operation ability and improving the learning effect.
