摘 要:目的改善产土霉素菌的生产特性。方法紫外线诱变、在含有2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖的培养基中选育。结果紫外线照射30s的剂量下致死率适合做育种。在此基础上,诱变后选育出了一株高产菌株,编号9-15#,其摇瓶效价比原菌株提高了13.0%,上罐试生产提高6.1%。结论紫外线照射结合2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖的培养基中筛选可以获得高产土霉素的龟裂链霉菌菌种。Objective To improve the nature of bacterium which can produce oxytetracycline. Methods Treated with ultraviolet rays (UV), and then cultured (for selecting) it on the medium with 2-deoxy-D-arabino-nexose. Results The optimum time of UV treatment for mutation breeding is 30s. Based on that result, we have got a higher production bacterium, numbered 9-15#, its yield is 13.0% at shake flask culture and 6.1% at production condition than its origin. Conclusion Treated with UV and selected on medium with 2-deoxy-D-arabino-nexose can get higher oxytetracycline yield of Streptomyces rimosus.
