摘  要:目的了解长春市卫生系统反应性及居民满意度现况,以期为卫生服务体系建立与完善提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对长春市城乡居民卫生服务现状进行问卷调查。结果对就诊医院、就诊设施表示不满意:城市(42.53%)高于农村(35.57%);对社区卫生服务满意度总体评价为17.77%,住院患者(16.76%)对医生信任程度略低于门诊病人,城市不信任比例明显高于农村居民。结论加大卫生服务保障力度,医疗卫生机构合理布局,加强医患沟通交流,为城乡居民提供规范、完善的医疗卫生服务是满足长春市居民卫生服务需求与发展的重要措施。OBJECTIVE Understand the current response and residents in Changchun health system satisfaction, the health service sys- tem establishment and the consummation to provide scientific basis. METHODS By using a stratified cluster random sampling method questionnaire survey on health status of urban and rural residents in Changchun. RESULTS The degree of non satisfaction to the hos- pital medical facilities urban areas(42.53%) were higher than in rural areas(35.57%) ; thecommunity health service satisfaction eval- uation for 17.77% patients(16.76%), the doctor degree of trust is slightly lower than outpatients, city don't trust significantly high- er than that of rural residents. CONCLUSION Increase health service security efforts, the rational distribution of medical and health institutions, strengthen thedoctor-patient communication, improve medical and health services for urban and rural residents, is an important measure to meet the demand and development of health service in Changchun.
