摘　　要：目的了解基本药物制度在广西实施后乡镇卫生院患者满意度情况,比较基本药物制度前后乡镇卫生院患者满意度相关情况。方法采用分层抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法,对乡镇卫生院就诊患者或其家属进行面对面问卷访谈调查。结果就诊患者认为乡镇卫生院就诊时间、医院环境和服务态度等都有不同程度地变好,但药价和医疗费用却下降效果不明显,甚至有人认为有升高。结论基本药物制度实施后,乡镇卫生院应进一步保持医院良好的环境和服务等,而在药价和医疗费用方面仍需努力,减轻患者负担。OBJECTIVE To comprehend patients satisfaction of the essential medicines system after the implementation in township hos- pitals in Guangxi, and to compare the relevant circumstances before and after Essential Medicine System. METHODS Combining stratified sampling and random sampling methods to choose patients or their families in township hospitals for face to face interview and questionnaire survey. RESULTS For patients, the treating time, environment and service of township hospitals have been improved in different levels. But the declines in drug prices and medical costs are not obvious, and some even considered that have increased. CONCLUSION Implemented of basic drugs system in township hospitals should further maintain good environment and services, and reduce the burden on patients in drug prices and medical costs.
