摘　　要：简述了南通市通州区村级卫生组织的现状,对村卫生室的举办主体、服务能力以及乡村医生的待遇和队伍培养中的主要问题进行了分析,并就加强村级卫生组织建设进行了思考。It summarizes present situation of village health organization in Tongzhou District of Nantong. It analyzes the development organization and service capacity of village clinics and treatment and training of rural doctors. Suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of village health organization were put forward.
