骨科临床采用解剖钢板治疗鹰嘴骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床用解剖钢板内固定治疗方法对尺骨鹰嘴骨折的治疗效果。方法采用切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗23例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者，男15例，女8例；年龄21～57岁，平均34．5岁；简单骨折19例，粉碎骨折4例。手术时间伤后2小时～7天，-？-~j3．5天。结果本组病例均获随访，随访平均11．5个月（6—24个月）。骨折全部获得治愈，愈合时间平均4．5个月（3～10个月）。按MEPS疗效评定标准：优19例，良2例。结论采用解剖钢板内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折愈合率高，并发症少，一陆床疗效良好，是鹰嘴骨折较好内固定物选择之一。OBJECT TO evaluate the outcome of patients who were treated for olecranon fractures with ulnar anatomic plate. METHOD 23patients （15 men and 8 woman, simple fracture in 19 cases and eomminuted in 4 cases） were identified as olecranon fracture, with average age 34.5 years （range 21-57years）, who were treated with ulnar anatomic plate in our hospital from June 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. The mean interval time between injury and operation was 3.5 days （2 hours to 7 days）. RESULT Patients were followed up for an average of 11.5 months （range 6 ~ 24 months）. The end results were 19 excellent, 2 good based on MEPS （Mayo e/bow performance score）, the average union time was 4.5 months （range3-10 months）. CONCLUSION Ulnar anatomic plate fixation has a high union rate, a low incidence of hardware related complications and a satisfactory result, this technique may be a better option for the treatment of olecranon fracture.
