摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预预防患者拔管后因离床排尿时发生体位性低血压的效果。方法:选择行子宫切除手术的60例患者为对照组,另选择行子宫切除手术的60例患者为观察组。对照组予拔尿管后常规护理,观察组在予拔尿管后常规护理的基础上进行护理干预。结果:观察组患者出现体位性低血压发生率为3.33%,对照组为16.67%,与对照组比较,观察组患者体位性低血压发生率及症状较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行综合的护理干预可有效预防妇科手术患者拔尿管后体位性低血压的发生。Objective To explore the nursing intervention to prevent from bed after pull out urinous catheter micturition orthostatic hypotension occurs as the result.Methods 60 cases of hysterectomy operation patients as control group,another 60 patients of hysterectomy operation for the observation group.The control group received routine nursing after removal of the catheter,the observation group nursing intervention based on routine nursing to after removal of the catheter.Results The observation group than the control group patients after pull urine tube significantly lower the incidence of orthostatic hypotension,statistically（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent gynecologic surgery patients the incidence of orthostatic hypotension after pull urine tube.
