民办高校生物工程系校内产学研一体化模式的研究

摘　　要：本文旨对民办高校生物工程系校内产学研一体化模式进行讨论和研究。为适应社会需求和高校发展,民办高校走具有高效、规范、开放和有序的产学研结合的人才培养模式势在必行。本文通过加强教师队伍的建设,创新实践教学体系平台,建立校内实训实习基地,实现民办高校校内产学研一体化这种富有生命力的办学模式的成熟化发展,推动我国高等教育的良性发展。The purpose of this paper is to discuss and study the on-campus production-study-research integrated model for the department of biological engineering in private colleges. In order to adapt to social demands and college development, it is impera-tive that private colleges take the efficient, standardized, open and orderly production-study-research integrated talent cultiva-tion model. Through enhancing teaching staff construction, inno-vating practice teaching system and platform, and constructing on-campus training base, the on-campus production-study-re-search integrated education model, full of vitality, will be in-creasingly mature, which will promote the healthy development of higher education in China.
